The cut crease creates a sharp, defined line in the crease for a dramatic effect popular in editorial and bridal makeup.
Step 1: Base
Prime lids. Apply a warm brown transition shade above the crease.
Step 2: Define the Crease
With a dark shade, carve out your desired crease shape using a small precise brush.
Step 3: Cut It
Using concealer on a flat brush, “cut” the crease by applying concealer on the lid below your defined line. This creates the sharp division.
Step 4: Lid Color
Pat a glitter or shimmer shade onto the concealer base for maximum impact.
Step 5: Clean Up & Finish
Clean any fallout, add winged liner, and apply dramatic lashes to complete the look.
